We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Returns

While we do not offer direct exchanges, we are happy to accept returns on all unused and completely unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please note that a return shipping fee may apply.  
- Items showing any signs of wear, use or damage are not eligible for a return. 
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Conditions

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

How to Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@yula.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
